RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Morning Essence, we understand sometimes things don't always work out.
All returns must be received within 14 days of your original purchase date, for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non refundable. Any returns post marked after 14 days of the date you purchase will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a shipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
Returns must be received in new condition, unwashed, no stains, and original tags are attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We inspect all returned merchandise and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition.
Ship your return item with the original order and a copy of the invoice.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fee's.
We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit. Use a carrier with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost.
All of our reduced and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. NO exceptions will be made! We do not honor price adjustments!
If you would like to exchange an item, complete the return form from your original order. Due to limited stock items, we suggest to place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock.
